Rob Singleton / Lead Pastor
God won my heart and called me to ministry at age 16; it was at that time that He gave me vision to help reach the lost, raise them up in Christ, and release them into the community to fulfill the Great Commission and Great Commandment.
After high school, I followed God’s call by entering into a year of deep spiritual instruction through the Word of Life Bible Institute. From there, I received my ThM (Master of Theology degree) from Dallas Theological Seminary and began a 3-year stint as the North Dallas Area Director for Young Life.
I eventually moved to Charlotte, North Carolina and met my wife, Michelle. We were married in November of 1995 and have two awesome children, Nathan and Juliana.
My shepherding ministry has involved planting several churches, including Grace Community, Southbrook, and Impact (alongside Forest Hills) Church. Over many years as a pastor, I am blessed to have witnessed thousands of people commit their lives to Jesus Christ and profess him through baptism. I am thrilled to now be part of God’s work in launching Summit Church in the heart of ski country!

I grew up around ministry and have always loved watching God work in peoples lives. I am a musician to the core and love all things related to audio and video. I graduated from Musicians Institute in 2008 and began working full time as a producer and engineer. I also enjoy hiking, camping and anything outdoors. In 2011 I married my wonderful wife Erin. Soon after I was blessed with the opportunity to use my gifts here at Summit Church.
Erin Serr / Administrative Assistant
I love being surrounded by people at Summit Church who are doing Kingdom work. I began following Christ as a child, and I am continually learning new things about who He is. Living here in beautiful Colorado has been an inspiration; it is a reflection of God’s creation and His attention to detail. I have been married to Andrew, my wonderful husband, for four years. He supported my dreams of studying writing and finishing my bachelor’s degree in English, and I love watching God give us both new and exciting challenges. God’s hand has always been on my life. He guides me and protects me in everything I do.
Kendall Wingert / Worship Leader
Music has been my passion my entire life. It wasn’t until I used this gift to lead the church into God’s presence that I felt fully fulfilled in this passion. I have been involved in worship ministry since 2012, and I now get to do what I love alongside my wonderful, talented wife, Elizabeth. We got married in May of 2015, and have a beautiful daughter named Juniper Avery. I’m very grateful for the gifts God has given me, and will always use them to glorify Christ.

Originally from Southern California, my husband, Tom, and I moved to Colorado over 20 years ago. We immediately found Summit Church and found it to be the perfect place to raise our 4 children. I have a heart for connecting people at Summit, and am involved in the life group ministry. I enjoy our beautiful state and being outdoors, especially hiking, mountain biking, and taking long walks with our 2 Springer Spaniels.
Shepherding Care Elders
The Pastoral Care Elders are available to minister to the needs of the Summit Church community. Each week a different Elder holds the responsibility of receiving and responding to requests. We call this person the Elder of the Week.
